MRC corp is a growing, best-of-class, HR specific search and consulting firm with professionals nationwide. We are actively looking for new associates to join our team. We also have a longer term goal to further expand our business into Canada, Latin America and select locations gobally.
The learning process or learning curve for executive search is considerable, and with intensive involvement (even for an HR professional) will still take about 3-6 months. The quality of `commitment` necessary to succeed consists of a healthy mix of strong learning and listening skills, a keen sense of urgency and activity, considerable initiative and drive, and above all consistency, tenacity and perseverance. This is a role that will also require very strong multi-tasking skills and ability. The rewards for the exceptional individual who enjoys and is successful in this business are considerable. Our incentives are the best in the business.
The evaluative process (mutual) for becoming a member of MRC`s search team is somewhat lengthy and is necessarily a very open and didactic process.
