POSITION: Compensation Analyst
LOCATION: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

COMPENSATION: 101K-117K US Base + Expatriate Premium, Overseas Cost Differential, Educational Allowances (dependents), Paid Annual Repatriation Costs and Tax Considerations
RELOCATION: Yes-Expatriation and Repatriation

SUMMARY:  Working within a Compensation team, this position will be involved in conducting on-going analysis to assure that compensation plans support corporate strategy and value and provide for the attraction and retention of staff across the organization.
This will include extensive compensatio analysis and studies, surveys and research covering salary administration, tax equalization, differentials/allowances and special projects as required.  Development of compensation policy proposals and updates. Presentations to all levels of management and coordination of the implementation of approved compensation programs.  The position may require international travel.  This position is available for either single or family status.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or related fields, with a minimum of 10 years overall Human Resources experience that includes at least 5 years in Compensation.  Must have experience working with complex international compensation programs involving multi-national expatriates and foreign/local nationals.  Experience in a large, complex global organization is preferred.   Work experience within  multi-culture organization and/or expatriate experience would be a strong plus.  Requires strong analytical/assessment skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.  Must have strong computer skills with Office Suite of tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and experience with an HRIS system as it pertains to compensation.
