<p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  BS/BA, with strong preference for a Masters degree, ideally with a major in Organizational Development/Organizational Effectiveness or similar field of study. <p>SUMMARY:   As part of a new Leadership Development team, this position will provide hands-on delivery of supervisory and professional development training programs in a newly opened, state-of-the-art training center located in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia.   Responsiblities will include the delivery of a multi-focused leadership curriculum to a very large contingent of company employees with the intent of developing current and future mid-level Supervisors and Professionals.  This position is available on as either a family or single status assignment.  The positions are long-term and are not a time-specific contract role.   The client is looking for individuals who are looking for a career position and can make a long-term committment.</p>
<p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  Requires BS/BA degree, Masters a plus coupled with 10 years experience in soft-skills training and development, including 5 years in a leadership role with subordinate staff and 5 years in delivering  training &amp; development curriculum for supervisory, professional and leadership development programs.    Must have solid knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.   Experience and/or certification with various training programs (i.e Covey, Achieve-Global, etc.)  would be a strong plus.   Experience providing training in a multi-national environment a strong plus.   Requires excellent communications and delivery ability.<br />

<p>SUMMARY:   Reporting to a Plant DIrector, with a dotted-line to corporate Human Resources, this position will provide overall Human Resource Generalist support to a 300 employee, non-union facility.  In addition the position will have shared responsiblity for the facility Safety Program.  The position will have a subordinate staff 3  (Generalist, Recruiter and Admin).  The position could require occasional travel.  The ideal candidate will be open to future relocation for career growth.</p>
<p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  BS/BA degree, with 7-10 years overall Human Resource generalist experience, including several years at the Manager level.  MUST have experience in a manufacturing or similar plant environment.  Requires hands-on experience in: Employee Relations (with an emphasis on positive emplyee engagement); training &amp; development; knowledge of process improvement initiatives (5S, SIx Sigma, LEAN, etc); staffing; compensation &amp; benefits administration; change management; performance managment; plant safety programs; compliance (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, etc).   Must have strong influencing, faciliation &amp; communications skills and a demonstrated ability to work both strategic and tactical aspects of the HR function as a business partner with the mangement team.  Computer proficiency with Office Suite of tools and HRIS (client uses PeopleSoft).  Bilingual skills in English/Spanish a strong plus.<br />

<p>SUMMARY:  Working within a Compensation team, this position will be involved in conducting on-going analysis to assure that compensation plans support corporate strategy and value and provide for the attraction and retention of staff across the organization.<br />
This will include extensive compensatio analysis and studies, surveys and research covering salary administration, tax equalization, differentials/allowances and special projects as required.  Development of compensation policy proposals and updates. Presentations to all levels of management and coordination of the implementation of approved compensation programs.  The position may require international travel.  This position is available for either single or family status.</p>
<p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or related fields, with a minimum of 10 years overall Human Resources experience that includes at least 5 years in Compensation.  Must have experience working with complex international compensation programs involving multi-national expatriates and foreign/local nationals.  Experience in a large, complex global organization is preferred.   Work experience within  multi-culture organization and/or expatriate experience would be a strong plus.  Requires strong analytical/assessment skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.  Must have strong computer skills with Office Suite of tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and experience with an HRIS system as it pertains to compensation.<br />
